Concept demo

The Wrenfield Rooms

The Wrenfield Rooms is a fictional community venue we created to show what we can build for a real venue or hall. Try the room comparison, the room pages, the what’s on listings and the date enquiry form.

A concept, not a completed client project.

What your website can do

How visitors might use it

Example journeys from finding your venue to getting in touch.

What we tailor for you

Each concept is a starting point. We can adapt:

  • Your logo, colours and fonts
  • Your own photographs and wording
  • Which pages you have and how they’re organised
  • Which features are included
  • The questions on your enquiry forms and who receives them
  • Rooms, capacities and layouts
  • Facilities and access information
  • Hire prices and terms
  • Regular activities and their contacts

Included in the starting package

What the starting price covers:

  • Pages for your rooms, facilities, hire prices, regular activities and enquiries, within the page allowance in your quote
  • The concept design adapted with your logo, colours and fonts
  • Your supplied wording and photographs added to the agreed pages
  • Pages that work well on phones, tablets and computers
  • Clear headings, readable text and keyboard-friendly navigation, so the site is easier for everyone to use
  • Enquiry forms that send visitors’ details to your email
  • Page titles, descriptions and a sitemap to help search engines understand your site
  • Launch on your domain, and a handover showing you how everything works

Pricing

Starting prices cover adapting an existing design using content and photographs you supply. The final scope, page allowance and number of revision rounds are agreed in your quote.

Hosting and website care

£25 a month

Hosting and technical support for the website we supply.

We host your website and help if something about it stops working as it should. Content changes, new features and third-party charges are quoted separately unless they’re included in your agreed package.

Quoted separately

If you need any of these, we’ll talk through the options and quote for them alongside your package.

  • Online booking and availability systems that confirm bookings
  • Payments and subscriptions
  • Membership management
  • Moving a large amount of content from an existing website
  • Custom integrations or functionality

How it works

  1. Step 1: Discuss your requirements

Tell us about your business, who the website is for and what you’d like it to do.

  2. Step 2: Agree scope and price

We send a written quote setting out the pages, features, revision rounds and cost before any work starts.

  3. Step 3: Supply your content

You send your logo, wording and photographs. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed.

  4. Step 4: Adapt and review

We adapt the design to your brand and content, then share a preview for you to review and request changes.

  5. Step 5: Launch and handover

When you’re happy, we launch the website on your domain and show you how everything works.

Questions

Is The Wrenfield Rooms a real venue?

No. The Wrenfield Rooms is a fictional venue we created as a concept demo. It shows the kind of website we can build for a real venue or hall, but it isn’t a client project.

Does the enquiry form confirm bookings?

No. It sends you the hirer’s details and preferred date. You check availability and confirm the booking yourself.

Can the website show which dates are free?

A live availability calendar or online booking system is quoted separately, because it needs to stay in step with your diary.

Can volunteers update the website?

Yes. We can set up a simple editor so volunteers can update activities, prices and news. We’ll agree which parts are editable in your quote.

Is the starting price what I’ll pay?

It’s where projects start. Your written quote sets out the final price, based on the pages, features and revision rounds you need, before any work begins.

What do I need to supply?

Your logo, the wording for each page and your photographs. Starting prices assume you supply these. If you need help with any of them, mention it when we talk and we’ll include it in your quote.

What does hosting and website care cover?

Hosting for the website we supply and technical support if something about it stops working as it should. Content changes, new features and third-party charges are quoted separately unless they’re part of your agreed package. Domain registration or renewal is also charged separately.

How long will it take?

That depends on the scope and how quickly your content is ready. We’ll agree a timetable with you when we quote.

Discuss your venue’s website

Tell us a little about your venue and what you’d like your website to do. We’ll reply to talk through your requirements, then send a quote.

Or email hello@digitalinspirations.co.uk. There’s no obligation: we’ll agree a quote with you before any work starts.
